Article 1 — Purpose and acceptance These conditions govern the sale of products made from the official website *www.multireflex.com*. Any order placed with Dien Chan Multireflex implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions. Validation of the order by the buyer serves as an electronic signature and proof of the transaction.
Article 2 — Prices and payment Prices are indicated in the currency of your choice (EUR/USD/GBP/CHF/CAD) inclusive of all taxes, excluding processing and shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated automatically when your basket is validated, based on the destination and weight. Customs duties: For any delivery outside Europe, the buyer is the importer and remains responsible for the payment of any customs duties or local taxes. Payment is due immediately. Products remain the property of Dien Chan Multireflex m.e. until full payment is received.
Article 3 — Orders and delivery You can order via our online shops (www.DienShop.com or DienChanMultireflex.com) or by phone on +33 (0)767 880 190 [France] +34 636 355 156 [Barcelona]. Products are delivered to the address given at the time of order within a maximum of 25 days, subject to availability. The transfer of risk occurs upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the carrier and to report any damage within 48 hours by email (admin@multireflex.com).
Article 4 — Right of withdrawal and returns In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, unused). Return costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Article 5 — Guarantees and liability Our tools benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects (Art. 1641 of the French Civil Code). The liability of Multireflex m.e. cannot be engaged in the event of misuse of the tools. As our handcrafted tools are unique, slight variations in texture or colour (natural materials) are not considered as defects.
Article 6 — Personal data and disputes Your data is collected for the management of your orders and is never passed on to third parties. In the event of a dispute and after an attempt at an amicable solution, the customer may contact the consumer mediator (CNPM). This contract is subject to European law.
